Just like in May, we're still seeing that growth in the amount of units sold; 10,790 units in 2021 compared to 2020's 8,686 - a 24.2% increase. The average price of a home has risen 17.4% from last year and the median price as risen, as well, up 13.6%. The housing market has been hitting a growth spurt with sales reaching 9,334, a 46.1% increase from 2020's 6,389. Average sales price increased 19% and median sales price grew 14.9% from last year, as well. Houses aren't staying on the market long (a median on 6 days, compared to last years 13 days), but the inventory is still low at 0.9, compared to 2.4 in May 2020.
